The fine print, not fine.

All projects are scoped as a fixed-fee engagement. Once a scope is signed, it doesn't change — but a new scope can be added at any time with a separate SOW.

A 50% deposit is due before work begins. 50% remaining due on launch or delivery date, net-7. No retainers, no billable hours.

Upon final payment, you own the code, the design files, and all assets produced for your project. I retain the right to show the work in my portfolio and case studies unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock media, plugins) are licensed to you under the original vendor's terms. I'll hand off a line-item list at launch.

This site collects zero analytics, zero cookies, and zero fingerprinting data. The contact form sends messages directly to email — nothing is stored on this server.

If you email me, I keep the thread until we both agree the project is closed. Then I archive it. I never sell or share contact info.

Each project includes three rounds of revisions per major milestone (direction, design, build). Additional rounds are billed at a pre-agreed day rate, never hourly.

If we discover a scope change mid-project, I'll flag it, quote it, and pause only the affected work, other streams continue on schedule.

Every launch comes with 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and adjustments. Beyond that, I'm available on a retainer or ad-hoc basis.

I don't host your site. I'll help you set up hosting (Vercel, Netlify) and hand you the keys at launch.
